Introduction​

Thanks for joining our Sacred community. By participating in our Referral Programme, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. We've designed them to be simple, transparent and fair, so they work for everyone.

Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old to take part.

2. We're sorry to say you can't refer yourself!

How it Works

1. For You: Every time you share your unique referral link and someone makes a purchase through it, you'll get 10% of their spend as online store credit. 

2. For Them: Your friends and family who use your link will get a 20% discount on their first purchase.

Rewards & Limitations

1. At the end of each month, we'll notify you if you have earned any store credit. You can redeem it at any time within one year from the date of issue.

2. There's no cap on how much you can earn.

3. Referrals are only valid for new customers. Previous customers or additional accounts set up by existing customers do not qualify.

4. Rewards are subject to verification. Sacred reserves the right to delay issuance of rewards pending verification.

5. The referrer's store credit will be applied after the referred friend's purchase is confirmed and then not returned within the return period.

6. Rewards are calculated based on the price of the products in an order, not including taxes and postage.

Misuse & Termination

1. Misusing referral codes for large orders or purchases not in line with the terms of this programme will result in immediate termination from the programme.

2. You agree that your participation in the programme is at your sole risk. Sacred reserves the right to terminate your account if we believe you're not using it correctly. 

3. You can terminate your participation in the scheme at any time by emailing us at hello@sacredskincare.org. Please title your email 'Termination of referral programme' and we'll let you know how you can claim any eligible online store credit. Any codes used by customers you have referred that are redeemed after the date of your termination email will not be eligible for store credit.

Changes to Terms

​Sacred reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. So, remember to review them once in a while.

We know how precious your data is. Everything is processed in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy which you can find at the bottom of the page.
