Our skin is the largest organ in our body. It is intrinsically connected to our nervous system. As we grow older, our skin naturally becomes thinner, drier, less elastic and more fragile. This can be accelerated by environmental factors, sun exposure, hormonal changes and stress. Taking care of our bodies is a mindful act that promotes deeper self-connection and supports our overall wellbeing.

This gently exfoliating body oil is a nutrient-rich boost for your skin's vitality. A blend of soothing plant oils, rich in omegas and vitamins, along with bioactive plant extracts gently work to boost skin cell turnover, lock in hydration and strengthen the skin's natural barrier.

After a shower or bath, warm a capful between your palms. Pause for a moment to breathe in the uplifting aroma. Massage into damp skin using gentle, flowing movements and allow oils to absorb,
creating a soft glow while working deeper to gently exfoliate and hydrate.

Caution: For external use only. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not layer with other exfoliating or retinoid products. Take care to avoid areas of sensitised or broken skin. Always patch test first. You may experience a light tingling after application, which is the gentle exfoliants getting to work. It should settle quickly but discontinue use if there is any persistent discomfort or irritation. Store in a cool, dark place.

Elevate your ritual by introducing a simple 60-second massage to stimulate your lymphatic flow.

Start with gently, circular massage in the hollow at the top of your collarbone on both sides, always moving outwards towards your shoulders. Gently stroke down along the length of your neck on both sides, starting behind your ear. Move to your armpits, keeping the pressure extremely light and moving in the direction of your neck and the centre of your body. Above your belly button, stroke upwards towards each armpit. Below your belly button, stroke downwards towards your groin on your left and right side. Finish by gently stretching the skin behind your knees upwards in the direction of your thighs.

Important: Your lymphs sit just underneath your skin so keep the pressure really light, avoiding working into the muscles. Please do not do lymphatic massage if you are pregnant, if you have cancer or other underlying medical conditions. Always consult your medical practitioner first.
