Our Refill Scheme

As a circular brand, we are always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the planet whilst helping you enjoy beautifully healthy skin. Our refill scheme is just one of the ways we do this.

So, how does it work?

First you request a free returns label, then wash your empty jar or bottle and pop it back in its box to be shipped to us. Simple!

Step one

Request your free returns label

When you have ran out of your product, email us at hello@sacredskincare.org to request a free returns label. Keep the postal box or eco-bag your order arrived in, along with all the wrapping in a safe place to be used when you send us your refills.

Step two

Wash and dry your empty packaging

When your products are empty, wash the bottles or pots and lids in warm soapy water and let them dry completley. Please do not put our Spring Revival Body Balm and Celestial Glow Cleansing Balm pots in the dishwasher. Squeeze out any excess oil from your dropper, wise it around the outsides and store it safely at home to be re-used.

Step three

Pack your refill items

Pack up your empties in the original box an wrapping and make sure they are well protected with the minimum amount of empty space in the box.

Step four

Complete your refill card

Complete the refill card supplied in your original delivery and pop it inside the postal box or eco-bag with your empties. Seal it around the outside securely.

Step five

Print your returns label

Download and print your free returns label and secure it to the front of the box or eco-bag.

Step six

Drop off your package to an Evri Parcel Shop

Drop your parcel off at your nearest Evri Parcel Shop or Parcel Locker which can be found here.

Step seven

Get your 15% off code

One it arrives safely with us, we'll send you a code for 15% off your next order, so you can carry on enjoying your favourite products knowing that you've taken a small and important step towards a better world.
