Spring Revival Hydrating Body Balm

Made with intensively moisturising butters and oils such as cupuacu and olive squalane it instantly quenches parched skin and provides immediate relief and comfort. Natural ceramides from Arctic oats and potent yet gentle antioxidants help to repair and rebuild a compromised skin barrier while a unique blend of eucalyptus, cedarwood, rosemary, frankincense and sweet orange work simultaneously to calm your mind and lift your mood.

A little goes a really long way. Apply sparingly to dry skin whenever needed and allow the oils to absorb.

Rebalance – 1 minute ritual

Morning and evening, take a minute to massage the balm all over the tops and bottoms of your feet, being mindful of how they feel throughout. Enjoy the warming, nurturing sensations and inhale deeply. Massage any leftover balm into your hands and allow the beautiful oils to absorb.

Softly, Softly – 5 minute ritual

After showering or bathing, pat your feet dry and then use a foot file or exfoliating scrub to gently slough away dead skin cells and soften the skin. Massage the balm all over your feet, going over each one several times to tackle any particularly dry or rough areas. Massage any leftover balm into any other areas* of dry skin and finish with your hands.

Sleepy Head – 20 minute ritual

For the ultimate night’s sleep, find a fluffy towel and run a large bowl or tub of warm water with bath salts. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, massage your Spring Revival Balm into your hands and any other areas* of dry skin that you can comfortably reach. Inhale the beautiful warming and cleansing aroma of cedarwood, frankincense, eucalyptus, rosemary and sweet orange and take 3 slow, deep breaths in and out through your nose. When you’ve finished soaking, pat your feet dry, find a comfortable seat and put your feet up with the towel underneath. Spend a few minutes gently massaging the Spring Revival Balm all over the bottoms and tops of your feet. Centre your breathing and notice how your feet feel. If you have a little extra time, go over each of your big toes thoroughly, several times. This will activate multiple points that link to your melatonin-producing glands, which regulate your sleep-wake cycle. Give each foot one final rub to create a sense of harmony.
